About Our Products
What makes Wraner’s Western wear different?
We specialize in authentic Western wear that’s as sturdy as the folks who wear it. From our premium denim jeans (including Ariat, Cinch, Cody James, and Wrangler brands) to snake-proof boots and Stetson-quality hats, every piece is selected for durability and true Western style. Our décor items like steer horns bring that ranch aesthetic right to your home.
Do you carry clothing for women and kids?
While we currently focus primarily on men’s Western wear (including our popular men’s jeans collection), we do offer kids’ cowboy hats and unisex items like hoodies, sweatshirts, and accessories. Check back often as we’re always expanding our herd of products!
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes detailed sizing charts. For jeans, we recommend measuring your best-fitting pair laid flat. Our men’s jeans come in various fits and lengths to suit every cowboy’s preference. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we suggest sizing up – it’s easier to take in a belt than stretch leather!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for secure checkout. Your payment information is protected with industry-standard encryption – safer than a bank vault in Dodge City!
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use SSL encryption for all transactions, and we never store your full payment details on our servers. Your information is safer with us than a gold shipment with Wells Fargo!
Do you offer gift cards or certificates?
Not currently, partner – but we’re working on introducing them faster than a pony express rider! In the meantime, you might consider our clearance items for great gift options at wallet-friendly prices.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from and how long does shipping take?
We ride out from our warehouse in Fresno, California. After 1-2 days processing (we don’t lasso around!), you can choose:
– The Express Trail: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx, arrives in 10-15 days
– The Scenic Route: Free for orders over $50 via EMS, arrives in 15-25 days

How can I track my order?
Faster than you can say “yeehaw!”, we’ll email you a tracking number once your order ships. You can follow your Western wear’s journey across plains and cities until it arrives at your doorstep, ready to wear.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, our Express Trail is our fastest option. If you need something quicker than a jackrabbit, contact us at [email protected] – we’ll see if we can rustle up a solution.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
If your gear doesn’t fit like a well-worn saddle, you’ve got 15 days after delivery to send it back. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Boots must show no signs of wear (keep ’em out of the dirt!). We’ll process your refund faster than a quick draw once we receive the returned items.
How do I initiate a return?
Send a smoke signal… just kidding! Email us at [email protected] with your order number and what needs returning. We’ll provide instructions and a return address. Note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Do you offer exchanges?
We sure do! The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order. If you need help choosing a different size or style, our customer service team can guide you better than an old trail hand.

Reach us via email at [email protected]. We aim to respond faster than a mustang at full gallop – typically within 24 hours. Our physical address is 1843 Chicago Avenue, Fresno, US 93721, but we’re an online operation so there’s no storefront to visit.
Do you have a loyalty program?
Not yet, but we’re considering options that would make a cattle baron proud! In the meantime, follow us on social media for special offers and new product announcements.
Can I request a product you don’t carry?
We love hearing from our customers! While we can’t guarantee we’ll add every requested item, we regularly update our inventory based on customer interest. Send us your suggestions – you might just see them in our store faster than a tumbleweed in a Texas wind!
