Our Return & Exchange Promise
We stand behind our premium western wear like a rancher stands behind his brand. You can return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they’re in original condition with tags attached (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
Non-Returnable Items:
For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Men’s Snake Proof Boots (safety equipment)
- Steer Horns (specialty décor items)
- Clearance items (as marked on product pages)
All other items from our collection of cowboy hats, jeans, belts, and western wear are eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond faster than a jackrabbit (within 1-2 business days) with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Exchange options (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack your items securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Allow additional time for your bank to process.
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days using your preferred shipping method.
International Returns
For our partners outside the U.S., please note:
- Return shipping costs and any customs fees are your responsibility
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Refunds will be issued in U.S. dollars – your bank may apply currency conversion fees
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product (which is rarer than a white buffalo), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping and rush you a replacement faster than a stampede.
