Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: Free for orders over $50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We don’t ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia – if your location falls in this category, our checkout system will let you know faster than a rattlesnake’s warning.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We stand behind our gear like a cowboy stands behind his word. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, provided they’re in original condition with tags attached (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are as final as a cowboy’s handshake:

  • Men’s Snake Proof Boots (safety equipment)
  • Steer Horns (specialty décor items)
  • All clearance items (marked on product pages)

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond quicker than a prairie dog spotting danger (within 1-2 business days) with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack your items securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and ship to:

International Returns

For our partners outside the U.S.:
